We’re working toward a renewed vision for One Larkspur Plaza—one that preserves tennis and recreation, honors the character of downtown Larkspur and creates a welcoming gateway to this historic district.

Since acquiring the property two years ago, we’ve been exploring how to reimagine this important site for the future. What is abundantly clear is that the current facility, while long-lasting, now requires significant reinvestment. During this planning and design phase, we’ve partnered with Mt. Tam Racquet Club ownership to keep the club open and thriving, ensuring members can continue to enjoy the space and its amenities.

This process will take time and thoughtful collaboration with the City of Larkspur, public agencies, and the broader community. Our goal is to maintain access for Mt. Tam Racquet Club members and preserve the property’s vitality until the next chapter comes to life.
